Scope and Applicable Law

Glatt7 AG is a company incorporated in Switzerland. This page explains how to report alleged copyright infringement in our Services. It is intended to facilitate notices, including notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), where applicable.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

If you believe content available through our Services infringes your copyright, send us a written notice including:
  1. Your full legal name, postal address, and valid email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim were infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example URL(s), user ID, in-app identifiers, or screenshot references).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may review the report, remove or restrict access to the reported content, and notify the affected user when appropriate.

We may share information from your notice (including contact details and claim substance) with the affected user or counterparty as needed to process the claim and comply with legal obligations.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled due to a claim and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification including:
  1. Your full legal name, postal address, and valid email address.
  2. Identification of the removed/disabled material and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered seat of Glatt7 AG and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant (or their agent).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, Glatt7 AG may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Submitting knowingly false notices or counter-notices may lead to legal consequences. Submit claims only where you have a good-faith basis and, where relevant, authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
